Attorney Danielle E. Becker is an associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. She focuses her practice on trusts and estates and is experienced with counseling clients, colleagues, and financial professionals through all phases of trusts and estates work, including estate planning, probate, trust settlement, elder law, special needs planning, guardianships, and real estate.

While in law school, Danielle earned a “Best Performance” honor for her estate planning coursework, and she was a managing editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Danielle spent several years in the legal field as a staff member at another Madison-based law firm.

Danielle is admitted to practice in Wisconsin.

Off the Job

Born just over the Minnesota border, Danielle doesn’t have the privilege of claiming to be “born AND raised” in Wisconsin—but she has lived in Wisconsin her whole life. She loves the Dairy State and enjoys much of what its outdoors have to offer: hiking, cycling, traveling to favorite locales, and cheering for Wisconsin sports teams (Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Bucks) with her husband. Two of Danielle’s favorite things in Madison are the energy at Camp Randall Stadium and the view from high atop Bascom Hill. Danielle also enjoys gardening and listening to podcasts in her free time.
