Attorneys Amy Collins O’Hara, Kyle W. Engelke, and Vanessa D. Wishart have been named partners at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, effective January 1, 2020. All three attorneys are based in the firm’s Madison office.
Attorney Collins O’Hara joined Stafford Rosenbaum LLP in 2013 with a focus on family law and Guardian ad Litem work. Her experience includes both litigated and cooperative divorce actions. Atty. Collins O’Hara works with all types of families, including paternity actions; LGBTQ family law matters; third party visitation; interstate child custody and support litigation; prenuptial and cohabitation agreements; and post-judgement modifications/enforcement. Atty. Collins O’Hara provides mediation services for family law actions and has recently incorporated some municipal law matters into her practice.
Attorney Engelke also joined Stafford Rosenbaum LLP in 2013. Atty. Engelke is a litigator. His trial practice includes commercial litigation, tort and civil rights defense, personal injury matters and wrongful death claims. He co-authors the Wisconsin Bar Association’s publications on Trade Secrets and Tortious Interference with Contractual Relations. Atty. Engelke also currently serves as a committee member of the State Bar’s Bench and Bar Committee.
Attorney Wishart joined Stafford Rosenbaum LLP in 2015, following her time as a law clerk at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Atty. Wishart practices environmental law, which has granted her experience and expertise in WPDES permits and petitions, sewer use ordinances for municipalities, influencing proposed administrative rules and legislation, and preparing for litigation on a broad range of environmental issues. Atty. Wishart currently serves the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Environmental Law Section Board as both a member and the New Lawyer Director.
