Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is seeking a paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience in trusts and estate planning to join the firm’s trusts and estates team in its Milwaukee office. The Trusts & Estates Paralegal is responsible, among other things, for assisting with trusts and estate planning matters under the supervision of attorneys of the firm.
The candidate filling this role will possess an advanced knowledge of probate, trust administration, and estate planning, including preparing probate pleadings for opening and closing estates and other matters as they arise; gathering asset information and obtaining valuations for inventory and tax returns; and preparing drafts of wills and supporting documents for estate plans.
