The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and an aptitude for business development. In addition, we are interested in candidates with experience in the following:
- Drafting and implementing estate plans, wealth planning strategies, trust administration and probate
- Counseling fiduciaries in estate and trust settlement and administration
- Representing clients in connection with probate matters
- Preparing and reviewing tax planning documents
