Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is seeking an IS Support Specialist to join its Madison, Wisconsin office. The IS Support Specialist II plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with projects, and implementing innovative solutions to meet the firm’s technology needs. A minimum of five years’ prior IT support or similar experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required. Prior experience in a law firm environment and exposure to Microsoft O365 and Azure Environment administration are preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
