Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, a collegial, creative, client-focused law firm headquartered in Madison, WI, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its growing firm. The HR Specialist will perform a variety of duties relating to HR, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, and general administration tasks. The HR Specialist will also serve as a backup to the Payroll Specialist and the Marketing Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience; will be detail-oriented; will have a positive and respectful demeanor toward clients, attorneys, and staff; and will have excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or business-related areas, or s/he should have equivalent on-the-job experience.
Prior experience in a supervisory or training role, with Paylocity, and/or in a law firm setting are preferred but are not required.
