Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join either its Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. The Head of HR is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities and functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, and retaining attorneys and staff.  The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, compensation/benefits, regulatory changes, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

A minimum of three years of HR and management experience is required. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. SHRM or HRCI certification is desirable.
