Rick serves on Stafford Rosenbaum LLP’s Environmental Law team, with a focus on water, administrative, and municipal law.
Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Rick served as Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Towns Association where he provided legal guidance to towns, lobbied on behalf of towns, wrote amicus curiae briefs, and gave presentations on various areas of municipal law to local government officials. He also served as an Assistant State Public Defender for the Brown County (WI) Public Defender’s Office, and as an associate in a Madison-based firm where he focused on representing school districts in all areas of their operations, including employment, public records, open meetings, and constitutional law.
