Stafford’s Johanna Allex Named Chair of the WisPACT, Inc. Board of Directors
Stafford Rosenbaum's Johanna Allex was recently named Chair of the WisPACT, Inc. Board of Directors. WisPACT was created in 2003 as a nonprofit organization to create and manage pooled and community Special Needs Trusts for the benefit of individuals with disabilities. It originated from a collaborative effort among ARC Wisconsin, NAMI Wisconsin, Inc., the Wisconsin State Bar- Elder Law Section and the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Association. WisPACT currently serves more than 2,300 beneficiaries throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Johanna is a partner in the Madison office of Stafford Rosenbaum LLP where she helps families and individuals to plan for and manage life’s expected and unexpected transitions. Johanna’s law practice covers all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, marital property law, business succession planning, and tax-exempt organization planning and operations.Johanna is a Certified Public Accountant. Johanna’s practice also includes working as an impartial mediator to help families and individuals resolve disputes involving probate, trust administration and adult guardianships.
