The Appellate Practice Blog is a collaborative effort on the part of the firm’s newly formed Appeals Practice Group. The Group, co-led by Chair Meg Vergeront and Associate Chair Jeff Mandell, includeslawyers with extensive knowledge in a variety of substantive areas—including employment law, insurance law, products liability, constitutional law, and family law—and experience in all phases of appellate litigation. While both the Appeals Practice Group and the Appellate Practice Blog are new, Stafford’s work in appellate law has deep roots and demonstrated success. Stafford Rosenbaum is one of only three firms to have won at least two-thirds of its cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court since 2008.
