Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is proud to announce the release of Attorney Susan Allen’s weekly legal blog, “The Wisconsin Municipal LawMemo.” This will be the fourth topical legalblog the firm publishes; other blog topicsinclude: environmental law, employment andlaborlaw,and franchise and distributionlaw.Ms. Allen, an associate in the firm’s Milwaukee office, will examine the previous week’s municipal law issues such as changes in legislation, proposed legislation, and cases involving municipal law and municipal prosecution matters.
In addition to municipal law,Ms. Allen'spractice focuses on litigation, including products liability defense, general commercial litigation and vehicle warranty litigation. She has served as a municipal prosecutor in Milwaukee and Madison area municipalities and often represents municipalities and municipal insurers with respect to liability claims.Ms. Allenis admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
