Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Johanna J. Allex to the firm’s Madison office. Allex is joining the firm as a partner and is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates group.

Prior to joining the firm, Allex was at Christenson and Allex, LLC. Her practice covers all aspects of estate planning, marital property, probate and trust administration, charitable planning, gift and estate taxation, business succession planning and operations, and tax-exempt/nonprofit organizations. She regularly lectures on topics such as estate planning, fiduciary duties of officers and directors, and tax-exempt/nonprofit organizations. She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Johanna is also a certified public accountant.
