Jon’s practice focuses on commercial, insurance, and personal injury litigation. Jon has litigated a wide variety of cases before numerous state and federal courts throughout Wisconsin. Jon has litigation experience in the following areas:

Jon’s litigation experience includes court trials, jury trials, preliminary injunction hearings, appeals in state and federal courts, meditations, and arbitrations.
Jon also has experience managing, mediating, and negotiating resolutions for over a hundred employment law and bodily injury cases on behalf of a large insurance company.
Jon represents a wide variety of clients from large public utilities and insurance companies to small to mid-sized business owners and individuals.
Jon is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.

Publications
Jon assists in updating the "Fair Employment Act" and the "Family or Medical Leave Act" chapters in the Wisconsin Attorney's Desk Reference, published by the State Bar of Wisconsin (2002-present).
